Wrestlmania is this Sunday... and I'm 99% sure I won't get to watch it, but I'm looking forward to it none the less.

Triple H vs Randy Orton // Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker both have my attention big time. I think Shawn said it right when he said people are going to talk about the world title maters, and speak of the other matches, but Shawn vs Taker I hope steal the show, I know the money in the bank match won't

Who is in the Money In The Bank match this time?

I almost wish Taker would retire because I want his WM win streak to remain intact and every year I feel like they're gonna make him lose one before he goes.

I hope he retires cause I don't want him to get hurt to the point where he can't take care of his little girl :/

Money in the bank match looks like this: Shelton Benjamin vs. MVP vs. Christian vs. Mark Henry vs. Kane vs. CM Punk vs. Finlay vs. Kofi Kingston

Kane I can live with, he puts a lot of effort into matches he doesn't fit in, but Mark Henry really killed this match for me. I'd like to see Shelton, Kingston, Christian or Hornswoggle win the match Razz

John Cena was named an Ambassador for the Make-A-Wish Foundation yesterday at the Reliant Center in Houston, Tecas. Cena is the most-requested and devoted celebrity Wish granters and will now serve on Make-A-Wish Foundation's Wish Ambassador Council and assist in expanding Wish-granting outreach across the United States. The council is led by basketball legend and Chief Wish Ambassador Michael Jordan.

Some former divas scheduled for the 25-diva battle royal include Torrie Wilson and Molly Holly. Can't remember anyone else.

Wow, 8 man MitB? Interesting. And I wholeheartedly agree about Mark Henry. Dude hasn't been a viable performer since he fathered a 'fake hand' with Mae Young. Rolling Eyes

So far:

25-Diva Battle Royal appears to have been won by Santina Marella, Santino's sister Razz
Rey Mysterio beat JBL for the IC title
Carlito & Primo beat John Morrison & The Miz to unify the Tag Titles
Undertaker just beat Shawn Michaels
Jericho beat Ricky Steamboat, Piper & Snuka w/ Flair
CM Punk won the MITB match 2-years in a row
Matt Hardy beat Jeff Hardy with a Twist of Fate onto a steel chair
Howard Finkel is announcing

Apparently, hands down, the best match of the night so far is Shawn vs Undertaker--not much of a surprise. The guy says it's one of the best he's ever seen, and just utterly amazing.

Cena's entrance involved loads of fake Cena's who came out and lined up on the ramp and did the "You can't see me" as Cena's actual music hits and he comes out. That's the match on now. Hopefully, before I go to bed, I'll know the ending between Orton & Triple H. prance

John Cena beat Big Show & Edge
Triple H beat Randy Orton!! Very Happy

Looking at pictures now. The stadium looked amazing. Shawn's entrance looked pretty neat, as he "descended from heaven." The screen during H's entrance looked pure awesome Cool

I'm watching RAW via youtube, almost done. This Santina Marella stuff is way too funny. She even comes out to Billy&Chuck&Rico's old "You look sooooo... good to me. Yeahh" song Laughing

Otherwise, good show. The Legacy/McMahon feud is totally pwnage anymore. Good match from the divas. Primo&Carlito vs Miz&Morrison was a bit of a letdown. McMahon vs Orton now, but I already know how that goes. Orton's getting pretty pwned right now. Vickie G is doing a great job making people hate her.

Orton turns the tables, goes to kick Vince in the head, Shane saves Vince. Ted & Cody come out. Trips takes them out and dukes it out with Orton with Shane & Vince down. Ted & Cody get back in, 3-1 against Trips. Batista comes back in a HUGE way and he looks great. Vince announces he won't make it to Backlash, so in his place, it'll be Triple H/Shane McMahon/Batista vs Randy Orton/Ted DiBiase/Cody Rhodes.

I haven't seen an actual wrestling show of any kind in over a year. This was great Very Happy

Bobby Lashley managed to secretly debut at TNA's last PPV. Apparently, TNA and Lashley didn't get too obvious with even any subtle agreements, and no contracts were apparently figured out before hand. Instead, Lashley arrived 2-hours into the PPV where apparently even most of TNA didn't know he was arriving for his debut. TNA & Bobby are working on a contract that will allow him to continue his MMA work

I was just getting ready to come ask about Lashley. What a bizarre deal. Maybe he figured out that MMA isn't all it's cracked up to be? Not enough money, too much pain? Or maybe he was missing the fun that is to be had in pro wrestling. But damn, why TNA?

there's way less expected of him in TNA? And WWE stars going to TNA are typically guaranteed huge pushes right from the getgo... :/

WrestlingNewsWorld.com is deeply saddened to report the son of Elix Skipper, Lemarcus D. Skipper, 22, has died. According to NBC 4 out of Columbus, police responded to a Columbus apartment on North 17th Street at about 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon where Skipper was found with a gunshot wound. He was taken to Grant Medical Center, where he later died from his injury.

Police said they believe two or more people entered the apartment and at least one of them showed a weapon and shot Skipper. A warrant on a charge of murder has been issued for a 20-year-old man by the name of Robert Donte Stevenson.

I have a good feeling I ought to know who Elix Skipper is, but I can't place him right now. This sucks though :/

Also, Playboy Buddy Rose passed away earlier this week. I think he was 59, don't quote me on that though

Brandon “Jumps in the Ring” with Jeff Hardy

EVANSVILLE, Ind. - Kids Wish Network sends nine-year-old Brandon from Indiana on the wish of his life to meet his favorite WWE Superstar.

The one thing that Brandon enjoys most in this world is watching WWE matches. He simply can’t get enough of the thrilling and uncontrollable world that is professional wrestling. When he watches the WWE on television, the bright lights and adrenaline-pumping excitement take him far away from any discomfort his condition causes him.

You see, when Brandon was barely two months old, he was diagnosed with biliary atresia, a disorder in which the bile duct between the liver and small intestine is either blocked or absent. This causes a build up of bile in the liver and leads to cirrhosis and eventual liver failure. Just this past December, Brandon had to endure a liver transplant. Since the transplant, however, he’s been suffering seizures and high blood pressure; he’s in and out of the hospital every week.

It was through Brandon’s aunt that his mother first learned about Kids Wish Network and their goal of granting the wishes of children with life-threatening illnesses. Once he was referred, it wasn’t long before he was telling Wish Coordinator, Vanessa, all about his passion for the WWE and their Superstar, Jeff Hardy. With the help of Wish Funding Specialist, Donna, and some outstanding sponsors, Vanessa organized a trip of a lifetime for Brandon that included tickets to the WWE match that evening, a ride in a limousine and, of course, a meet-and-greet with Jeff Hardy, himself!

On the evening of the match, Brandon and his family were taxied to the Nutter Center in Dayton, Ohio in a very fancy limousine. “Oh, he loved that,” said Brandon’s mother, Jaime. “He really thought it was cool.” Once there, Brandon was escorted behind the scenes and got to sit down with his hero, Jeff Hardy. “He [Brandon] was a little shy. He was pretty much in shock.” Though he was a little on the quiet side, Brandon was more than happy to accept the signed gifts and pictures that Jeff Hardy was handing to him. While backstage with Mr. Hardy, Brandon even had the chance to meet other great names in the WWE such as Vince McMahon and R-Truth!

Following the meet-and-greet, Brandon’s excitement tripled as he watched the man he just met fight in the ring right in front of his eyes. The action was fast-paced and truly entertaining for Brandon and his family’s seats couldn’t have been any better: they were ringside!

After the matches, Brandon had yet another chance to hang out with his hero. This time, however, through all the excitement of the evening, Brandon lost his shyness and really opened up to his wrestling hero. “They just talked and talked,” said Jaime. “Jeff even took off the necklace he was wearing and gave it to Brandon.”

Now that Brandon and his family are back home, he wants everyone to know what a great time he had. “He’s taking his pictures everywhere with him,” said his mom. “It was MORE than Brandon’s dream come true…it was the time of his life.”

Kids Wish Network would like to thank the following for helping to make Brandon’s wish extra special: Jeff Hardy and WWE, Inc., Bryant A. Bloss MD, Talley Eye Care, VFW Post 1114, Dayton Marriott, Premiere Limousine Service and the Spaghetti Warehouse.

Kids Wish Network is a nationally recognized non-profit organization dedicated to infusing hope, creating happy memories, and improving the quality of life for children. If you know a child between the ages of 3 and 18 who may be in need of its wish granting services, please call 727-937-3600 or toll free 888-918-9004. I thought that was very, very cool Smile
